Introducing CurbAppealDesigner.com
We have launched CurbAppealDesigner.com, a new service created and marketed by Myceron for homeowners and real estate professionals in the United States and Canada.
CurbAppealDesigner is based on capabilities originally developed for GardenDesigner.ai. While GardenDesigner focuses on complete garden planning, CurbAppealDesigner addresses a narrower use case: helping homeowners improve the exterior appearance of a property before putting it on the market.
The basic idea is that a number of relatively small changes can have a significant effect on how a property is perceived. These may include changes to planting, lawns, walkways, the entrance area, exterior colors, lighting, or other visible elements.
The difficult part is deciding which changes are worth making.
CurbAppealDesigner allows homeowners to evaluate possible improvements and visualize different options before spending money on materials or contractors. The goal is to help prioritize changes that can improve the overall first impression of the property.
For Homeowners and Real Estate Agents
The main target group is homeowners preparing a property for sale.
The service is also intended for real estate agents. Agents can recommend it to sellers or use it themselves when discussing possible improvements with clients before photography, showings, or listing a property.
A visual proposal can make it easier to discuss specific changes than simply telling a homeowner that the exterior could be improved.
Pricing
CurbAppealDesigner is available as a subscription:
- $19.99 per month
- $44.97 for three months
The three-month option is intended for homeowners who are making improvements over a period of several weeks before listing their property.
Building on GardenDesigner
CurbAppealDesigner is an example of how the technology developed for GardenDesigner can be applied to adjacent property-related use cases.
GardenDesigner addresses the broader question of how to redesign an outdoor space. CurbAppealDesigner focuses on a more specific question:
What changes should I consider before putting my house on the market?
